CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations
    Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Event Organizer Cancellations
    If an event is canceled by the organizer, customers will automatically receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Event Rescheduling
    If an event is rescheduled, all existing bookings will be valid for the new date. In such cases, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded unless the event is fully canceled by the organizer.

  • Partial Cancellations or Changes
    In the event of partial cancellations (e.g., change of venue, change in line-up, or modification in schedule), no refunds or cancellations will be provided unless the entire event is canceled.
