REFUND POLICY
- Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket purchases made through our platform are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts. - Show Cancellation
In the unlikely event that a show or event is canceled by the organizer, customers will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price paid. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking within a reasonable period. - Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued if the event is fully canceled and not rescheduled. - Service Fees
Please note that any booking fees, service charges, or convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the entire event is canceled.
